Loopback Server won't Repop

I managed to get my loopback server up and rolling without too much trouble (BTW it goes by my computer name, rather than IP)...but it doesn't seem to repopulate.

Ever.

After days and days.

Any suggestions?

Turn off game and server app then deleat DEMISEServerMonsters.MIS restart the server click on close on the configure server popup and let the server repop befor you do anything else. What usualy causes this problem is trying to configure the server before letting it pop the dungeon the first time.
